Been enjoying one or two things I probably shouldn’t – chocolate milkshake primarily. It’s soya-based though, so less carbs than normal milk I think. Regardless – it’s totally worth it!
I’m switching to micro-blogging style for 1024days.com. As in short content, no titles; or long titles, no content – depending on your perspective. Anyway – I currently weigh 19 stone 7 pounds, so despite Christmas recklessness I’m still losing weight!
